The unit was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Neu Suites Residence. The room was clean and cozy, the staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

The check in was rather lacking in a clear point of contact. It also didn't have any flexibility. The 3pm check-in time is extremely rough after flying for over 30 hours and arriving at 8am. The waiting area had zero restrooms. No complementary water, coffee, tea or anything other than chairs to wait for a mass check-in. Customer care needs to show up again in lodging...

the staffs are very good and understanding, easy to communicate with..had a few issues with my bank and wasn’t able to make bond deposit when checked in so they still allowed us to stay and enjoy our short stay then fix the issues later.we had a lovely time and will definitely book at this place again.

Clean, tidy and near to Embassy Area. I came here because I want to do medical check up at Great Eastern Mall. The place is perfect as it is very near and nice to stay. Will come again!
