Only 1 key available. For a property advertising for up to 10 people, very awkward. On 29th floor. Need key card to use lift. So difficult. 6 of us we always needed a plan to arrange who had key, as we were out doing different things. Key box was broken so couldnt leave key there. Advertised for 10. But only 4 cups 4 chairs. Yes enough beds but not enough facilities.
