The apartment was spotless, and everything was in great condition and design, comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Avoid Millerz Square by Five Senses Travelet

The host wanted to communicate outside of Hotels.com app via WhatsApp. Demanded a security deposit wired directly to them. I'm not from Malaysia. Communication was extremely delayed and when they respond, they would not release the keys if I did not pay up. Worst check-in experience I've had thus far booking through Hotels.com. They sent instructions on how to check in at 9 PM the day of my reservation. By this time we found another accommodation and have immediately requested a refund. Would not recommend anyone to stay at Millerz Square managed by Five Senses Travelet.
