It is a beautiful property but sorely lacking in service. We checked in and since it was prepaid, it was quick which was nice because it was close to midnight. Hotels usually get a credit card for incidentals, right? Well they didn't and so we had to pay each time we ate or drank in any of the food outlets. This was inconvenient. I broached it the next day but was met with a defensive stance. Oh well...

It is nice stay to stay. Will repeat again later. Breakfast many varieties and delicious. My daughter OKU get free for breakfast, so thoughtful. Pool has slide for kids and adults. Fast and best. But when going down slide for adult suggest to have colour to differentiate depth 2m and 1.3m. Kids playroom big and nice. Suggest the door to have lock. Not automatic open when people pass by. Afraid special kids will go out by themselves. And the activities such as beads if it was free, it is nice. For snooker, if it is free, more better. Overall satisfied due to the service, beautiful place and clean.

The hotel is very nice, clean, nice staff. But a little far from everything, but if you like a quiet area, and golf. This is the best place to stay. If most of your tour will be in the city center, this is not for you.

Pros: Good breakfast spread at Fairway Coffee House and food options are changed everyday. Family friendly hotel with a pool for children and a Kids Club. Liked the hotel location as I prefer staying outside the city although i think it's more accessible by car but Grab ride and food was easy. Cons: Really need to improve on the cleanliness of the room. The floors were dusty especially in the corners and area under the desk and tv console. Shower area had grime collected in corners and in between tiles. Also, I booked a Superior Pool room but the room assigned to me was facing the roof of the hotel lobby. Not sure if this was because I requested to be on the same floor as my friends but definitely was not informed during my online enquiry and check-in at the hotel. I believe there's a price difference for the pool facing rooms which I paid for.
