Room was not cleaned when we arrived. Hair on pillows, dried rice on carpet, black mold around sink. Towels are very old. Parking is inconvenient. To top it off there are cockroaches. This place is a scam. No way it is 4 star. Pictures posted online are fake/photoshopped. Booked a week, left first night. Totally ridiculous. Worst place I’ve stayed in my life.

Booked a 3 bed / 3 bathroom apartment. Pros- Great value for money, relatively new property, very close to public transport (LRT) and KLCC within walking distance. Reception staff also very helpful and quick to respond. Cons- property cleaning staff extremely poor, had to request twice for them to come clean toilets and the apartment, but still managed to do a poor job. I had to clean it myself later. If the property is not cleaned and maintained properly, the condition will detonate soon. For 3 bed apartments (like the one I booked), the third room is way too small and beside the kitchen, room doesn’t have any windows. Also very uncomfortable mattress in the room which makes sleeping very difficult. I had complained about the mattress but nothing was done unfortunately. Rest of the rooms had comfortable bed/ mattress. In my opinion the third room is not usable.

Can improve further : we found cockroach inside the cabinet, no miror in the room, they shld provide where we could put our luggages, no instruction on how to operate the tv, we cant use the wardrobe to Hang our Clothes bcoz they put extra matress inside, only two pillows provided.

Throughout our stay we did not have any hot or even warm water, I told reception on many occasions but nothing was done , Iron was completely black and I burnt my blouse first day which then I had to stop using it, very minimal cutlery in kitchen. View from lounge was lovely and apartment 10 minutes walk to Petronas Towers

Best location in KL

The location is excellent. It was really value for money. You can get food very easily. Just take the lift down and there are all kinds of food nearby. Grab food is also convenient to collect.

Near MRT, Malaysian region no pork no alvohol

Easy to access for check in and have space for storing luggage The apartment is spacious enough and well decorated, plus excellent view of twins tower But tons of ant in living area which we told front desk to handle it, and they told us to buy ant poison ourselves Despite of this, guesthouse is located in Malaysian area, so you are not allow to have pork or alcohol inside, but there are hips of hawker you don’t need to worry about what to eat

鄰近Kampung Baru站交通很方便叫Grab出入都方便隔音超級差連續兩晚隔壁的很嘈睡得不好沒有提供牙膏牙刷樓下有很多地道餐廳雜貨店整體環境乾淨，只是廁所有曱甴窗景能拍到雙子塔 WiFi很慢很慢
