The breakfast was good and it was a buffet so we were happy 😃😃 The room was always clean and tidy. There is a food court and small shop just across the hotel. It’s not far from KLCC

Excellent location for travellers as it's easy to get Grab or trains, two mrt stations are within walking distance, Kerinchi and Universiti. My room got cleaned daily, but there's always my used cup doesn't get washed so that can be improved. Guess it should be me washing it myself, haha, just a bit lazy or forgetful as I was always rushing out. It's really convenient to get good food just next door at Southlink as well, so I would definitely stay there again or recommend to friends and family.

I don’t like the fact that there is no amenities provided including coffee or tea. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. The location is not convenient. The only thing good about it is the condition of the hotel is fair new.
