The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and polite. I paid for breakfast and so got to use the dining area. The staff were very friendly, polite, constantly made sure that the area was cleaned plus the food was topped up and presentable.

Pros: very new and clean, good price, happy to be able to make tea and coffee, good water pressure in shower, good sized room and bed. Cons: reception staff could only speak Malay, did not like sink outside of bathroom with no counter space for toiletries, did not like purple LED light running along cupboards, hotel is with newly opened mall and car park right at the top levels with all levels of the car park looking unfinished, it’s not a nice first impression.

It looks like quite a new hotel. Everything was in place. However, the breakfast choice was rather limited. My room had a bit of oily surface near the window. Other than that all was okay.

Good front office greeting and customer svc friendly interaction focused to providing that GEM. Kudos to Natasha and Vivian for a fabulous room for a much needed rest. Stayed here for a few nights with my husband and INNiSide was a great place to sleep, with a nice big bed, functioning air con and a clean bathroom area. The gym was tidy and while we didnt use the pool, it looked really nice. Being connected to EkoCheras Mall meant that there are always options for food, and the walk to the MRT is pretty easy through the mall. It does also have a convenient round about pick up/drop off area in front for those getting picked up by car. Staff were great too and always checked with us that everything was fine. Will happily book again :)
