Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Definitely NOT Luxury, we had to change rooms 3 times. 1st room had a moldy smell, moldy showers, shower handle was broken, fridges would not close. 2nd room had a water leak and was flooded, cockroach infestation, and moldy smell and mold in showers. 3rd room was the cleanest of the 3 but still had mold, and needed maintenance. Nothing like the photos advertised. We made do for 7 nights but decided to change to a hotel for our remaining 7 nights. Pros: Great location to I-City mall where shopping and great food offerings were a highlight. Grab hubs were easy to get to, and organise with Grab drivers.
