The aircon in the room is too cold ! I got flu because of that. Don't know why they put the aircon dart just right on top of the sprinkler system in the shower room, made it very cold so we all stand in the bath tub to shower.

Nice short getaway

Hotel is central and easy access to parvilion which is just next door, shopping is very convenient. Like the convenient to all shopping within the premises. 10 mins walk to massage area too. Place was pleasant and quiet too. Only improvement is the bed and the pillow could be firmer will be better for those having back issues.

The room was quite dusty upon arrival, indicating that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the tissue box in the room ran out, and although we called housekeeping at around 10 PM to request a replacement, the next day when the room was tidied, the tissue box was not placed properly into the holder. Instead, the spring mechanism from the holder was left dangling out, which made the room feel neglected. These oversights, though small, impacted the overall comfort and impression of the service quality. Location of the hotel was great.
