Room is very small compared with other similar prices Hotels in Kuala Lumpur. No bed side lamp, no face towel. Only basic cups provided. Wifi is slow and down for last 2 days. Sound insulation poor & unfortunately next room makes noise all night until we open the door and warn them at 3am. The lift card not function well & crowd of people always wait 2-3 times.

Perfect location, close to restaurants, convenience store and MRT station. The room is neat and clean, and the infinity pool is amazing. Self checkin process was smooth, the staff was helpful via WhatsApp. Just read the check-in procedure and you may communicate before your arrival to KL. Everything was nice and smooth for me. No room services and replenishment of bottle water, but I’m perfectly fine with that. Little hiccups during my stay and the staff was helpful to fix it. Will stay again.

Dåligt överlag både boendet och miljön

Generellt dåligt. 1. Incheckning kaotiskt ( ingen service). 2. Avsaknad information om deposition krävs och otydlig information om hur man löser det. 3. Mycket folk alla tider på dygnet, rörigt och stökigt i lobbyn. 4. Hissen obefintliga då de alltid är fulla med folk och stannar på varenda våning. 5. Dålig lukt i badrummet. 7. Poolen ohygieniskt då folk med kläder badar och det är mycket stöckigt. 8. Dålig ventilation i gymmet.
