Friendly housekeeping crew - supplied me with plenty of water and coffee plus kept my room clean. Check-in staff was professional, friendly and very helpful.
Very clean, hospitality in high level, many first necessity things like transportation hub, mall, eateries, exchanges points, mobile operator points, etc. are in few minute walk.
Nice big hotel in a very nice location. Located right across the street from big train station so made things very convenient in terms of travel. Hotel rooms were a little small but has everything you need. Staff was super helpful with luggage and overall very friendly.
Suchva great hotel. The staff were brilliant and the selection of breakfast was great to cater for every taste. Water in room and a tray of snacks every day was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.
First impression was ruined at check in. Staff shared that reservation was cancelled by Expedia and requested for me to settle it with Expedia. This was despite me showing that the reservation was not cancelled on my end. After checking, Expedia then informed that this was due to a cancellation by the hotel. This was only resolved after a solution was provided by the platform. Would appreciate that such matters be resolved between both the hotel and the platform instead of turning the customer away and attributing fault to each other.
Apart from this, hotel was clean and staff were attentive/accommodated my needs for the rest of my stay.
