A shared property within another bigger hotel sharing the same amenities. It was at first a bit confusing to find the check in ‘lobby’. The corridors looked tired from a rundown 90s hotel but the rooms and toilet are updated. Comfortable and near to city centre.

For the price I paid it was good. There were greasy handprints all over the floor to ceiling windows. There was no hot water. Toilet didn’t flush properly. But other than that. It was great.

Great hotel , will definitely stay again .

I highly recommend Alia Premier Hotel . Everything about my stay , the room was nice, clean , quiet and staff are the friendly and very helpful. The hydrotherapy pool is so relaxing . This hotel is 1 block away and across the street from the beautiful Petrona Towers, location is spectacular. Restaurants and food vendors close by including the evening street vendors at the Kambung Baru ( LRT station)

Overall happy with the hotel. However didn’t supply enough toilet paper and toilet was leaking as it overfilled in the cistern. Hard to find staff, nobody at the reception.

Everything is within walking distance. The room is clean, soft pillows, nice bedding, strong water pressure, all is good. Parking is the only problem, where you need to pay RM10 each time you want to go out.

Foutez… L’hôtel se situe dans un autre hôtel ce qui lui rend l’accès difficile. À première vue les chambres semble spacieuse et donne une impression positive. Mais attention le ménage laisse clairement à désirer. Serviettes de douche comportant des taches fraîche. Elle n’avait certainement pas été changées. Les draps de lit sont également tachés. Les oreillers sont jaunies par l’usure du temps. Les wc étaient à peine propre avec quelques traces au fond de la cuvette. Et pour finir, un bel excrément de nez écrasé sur le miroir de la salle de bain. Tout cela prouve que le ménage reste très sommaire dans cet hôtel. Lorsque vous arrivez celui ci est peu attrayant et confirme l’état des chambres. Nous n’y passions qu’une seule nuit et devions partir à 5h du matin pour l’aéroport, nous n’avons donc rien dit à la réception. Si nous avions passés plusieurs nuits, nous aurions contacte hôtel.com et demandé à changer d’hôtel en prenant des photos pour soutenir notre demande. nous sommes un couple pas compliqué sur les prestations mais demandons juste un minimum de propreté. Quartier très touristique parce que proche des tours petronas mais pas grand chose d’autre à y faire. Aucun charme dans ce secteur….

I noticed the room should be sharing with Maya Hotel because swimming pool, gyms are the same. Location is good. Please improve the app it keep showing me in Malay language.
