Canals - Part 1 | Direct waterfront location

Perfection in 76 square meters—we present our charming semi-detached home, the Grachten Suite 1, spread over two floors with a large private garden right on the water in the new “Grachten” development. The house features two separate bedrooms, furnished with one double box-spring bed and two single box-spring beds. For added comfort, the apartment’s windows are equipped with insect screens, pleated blinds, and exterior shutters.

One parking space per unit is included. In addition, a lockable bicycle garage is available behind the house.

Children under 3 years of age stay with us free of charge. Upon request, we’re happy to provide children’s furniture (crib, high chair, changing table) for a fee.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The booking price includes a linens package for the number of guests booked. This includes bedding for the number of guests, as well as one shower towel, one hand towel, and one facial towel per person. In addition, one shower mat is provided per bathroom and one dish towel per kitchen.

The accommodations are available to you on the day of arrival starting at 4:00 p.m. Flexible check-in after 4:00 p.m. is possible at any time, as you can simply retrieve the key from a lockbox on the side of the house. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

*The house is located in the Grachten new development area. Please note that construction work may be taking place in the surrounding area.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und rechtfertigt damit auch den höheren Preis. Der Baulärm von nebenan war, bis auf einen Morgen, noch erträglich. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung, in der wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.
