The “Victor Freese” vacation rental is located in the heart of the historic mound village of Loquard, in the old parsonage, which is a designated historic landmark.
Built in 1756, the building that now houses the apartment served as a stable for the pastor’s residence.
In 1985, the building was completely demolished and rebuilt.

The high-quality apartment, which spans two floors, has been extensively renovated and modernized over the past two years to offer you, our guest, the greatest possible comfort.
Underfloor heating ensures even warmth on the first floor and in the bathroom. The two bedrooms are heated by radiators.

The first floor features a guest restroom, the kitchen, and the spacious living and dining area with exposed wooden beams.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower and the two bedrooms are located.
A patio door leads from the living room to the mature garden, which borders directly on a ditch.
The patio features a large umbrella, a seating area for 6 people, and a beach chair where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.

A parking space next to the house and a lockable barn where e-bikes or bicycles can be stored safely round out the amenities.
