This fully tiled, non-smoking apartment features a stylish living/dining area with a flat-screen TV. The living-dining area and the bathroom feature comfortable underfloor heating. All rooms are equipped with fly screens.

The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with: dishes, pots, cutlery, a Tassimo coffee maker, a hand blender, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, and a refrigerator (no freezer compartment)

Both bedrooms are furnished with a Mustering box-spring double bed. One bedroom has an additional TV. The bedrooms are equipped with exterior roller blinds and fly screens.

In addition to the shower room with a toilet, heated towel rack, and hair dryer, there is a guest restroom.

The storage room contains a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Smoke detectors are installed in the main rooms.

The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture, a grill, and a patio umbrella.

There is a garden shed with an electrical outlet, e.g., for your e-bikes.

The “Austernfischer” accommodations are located in the same building; “Haus An den Zwillingsmühlen” is right next door, should you need more space.

With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
