Modern, new (July 2020), and sunny upper-floor apartment with a balcony, accommodating 4 people, in the heart of Greetsiel—close to the center yet in a quiet location.

Here you’ll find everything a vacationer could wish for. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which—with two single beds—is located in the converted attic. A smart TV is available there. The windows can be blacked out. The second bedroom, featuring a double bed and a wardrobe, is on the 1st floor and is equipped with electric exterior blinds. Fly screens are provided.

The modern and tastefully furnished built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine (by Bosch), electric kettle, coffee maker, and much more.

The living-dining area invites you to spend cozy hours on the comfortable corner sofa in front of the TV (Smart TV) or to enjoy delicious meals at the large dining table. Since May 2022, the living area has also been equipped with curtains and roller blinds for sun protection.

The entire living area features comfortable floor heating.

The modern bathroom has a walk-in corner shower, a hair dryer, and ample storage space. Additionally, the apartment has a separate guest restroom.

The large balcony is furnished with 4 comfortable garden chairs, two small tables, and a parasol.

A washer-dryer is located in the storage room.

We provide free Wi-Fi (after on-site registration); however, we do not guarantee unlimited availability or sufficient speed.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

There is a storage shed in front of the house where you can also store any bicycles you bring with you. You’ll find a parking space for the apartment in front of the house.

Shopping (Edeka), a bakery, a swimming pool (Gesundheitsoase), restaurants, the harbor, and the town center are just a few minutes’ walk away.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The Dieklöper, Mühlenblick, and Sonne und Meer accommodations are located in the same building, should you need more space.

The vacation apartment is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet in a quiet setting, the historic harbor with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is the perfect starting point for maritime adventures and a relaxing vacation.
