Die Unterkunft war sauber ,aber teilweise lieblos renoviert .Als Handwerker würde ich mich schämen solche Arbeit abzuliefern.

Zentrale Lage mit etwas eigener Grünfläche

Beim Eintreffen war zwar geheizt und der Kühlschrank vorgekühlt, aber das Objekt war offenbar so lang nicht genutzt, dass es im gesamten Wohnbereich nach Abwasserkanal roch, weil Sifons trocken waren. Dies konnten wir über Nacht selbst beheben, war aber ein unschöner Empfang.Ein moderig/stockige Geruch ließ sich aber nicht weglüften, im Wohnzimmer war ein ca. 1qm Feuchteschaden nur oberflächlich kaschiert, auch aus dem Keller zog ähnlicher Mief.Die Agentur war am nächsten Tag sehr gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, der Hausmeister kam innerhalb kürzester Zeit und nahm den Schaden auf. Leider konnten sie am Ort keinen Ersatz anbieten. Wir bekamen den gesamten Mietpreis erstattet - sehr anständig! Dann hatten wir das große Glück bei einem anderen Vermieter noch am selben Tag ein geeignetes Quartier zu beziehen.
