Welcome... to the GrachtenEck ground-floor apartment

The cozy living/dining area features a high-quality built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, exhaust hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, egg cooker, and much more.

A large corner sofa and a flat-screen TV (satellite) (with USB stick function) invite you to relax. A portable radio is also available.

The floors are covered with vinyl flooring. The bathroom and the utility room (where the washer and dryer are located) have tile floors. The apartment features underfloor heating in all rooms.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and each bedroom has its own TV. Both bedrooms feature blackout pleated blinds as well as exterior roller shades.

Fly screens in the bathroom and bedrooms.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower (low step), toilet, hair dryer, and a towel warmer. A shower stool is also provided.

A small dog is welcome upon request.

The garden is fully fenced. Unfortunately, the beach chair is no longer available.

A storage shed with an electrical outlet and a parking space are available to guests.

The GrachtenFlair apartment is located in the same building, should you need more space.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out noise and dust disturbances.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbor with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dike landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
