Perfection in 76 square meters—we present our charming semi-detached home, the Grachten Suite 2, spread over two floors with a large private garden right on the water in the new “Grachten” development. The house features two separate bedrooms, furnished with one double box-spring bed and two single box-spring beds. For added comfort, the apartment’s windows are equipped with insect screens, pleated shades, and exterior blinds.

One parking space per unit is included. Additionally, a lockable bicycle garage is available behind the house.

Children under 3 years of age stay with us free of charge. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide children’s furniture (crib, high chair, changing table) for a fee.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The booking price includes a linens package for the number of guests booked. This includes bed linens for the number of guests, as well as one shower towel, one hand towel, and one facial tissue per person. Additionally, one shower mat is provided per bathroom and one dish towel per kitchen.

The accommodations are available to you on the day of arrival starting at 4:00 p.m.; check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

*The house is located in the Grachten new development area. Please note that construction work may be taking place in the surrounding area.

Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte. Neues Baugebiet, hier wird in Zukunft noch sehr viel gebaut. Über Ostern war es sehr schön und keine Bauarbeiten. Unter dem Jahr, wenn keine Feiertage sind, würde ich da noch keinen Urlaub machen wollen, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht.

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft, die sehr sauber war und alles bot, was man benötigt. Nur der Umstand, dass umliegend neu gebaut wird, trübte den Aufenthalt etwas ein. Das ist für mich aber kein Grund, nicht nochmals dort Urlaub zu machen.
