Located near the Zwillingsmühlen in a quiet part of Greetsiel, this modernly furnished ground-floor apartment for 4 people features a furnished terrace.

The living/dining area features a high-quality built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, egg cooker, and iron, as well as plenty of dishes, glasses (including wine, champagne, and beer glasses), and silverware.

A large corner sofa and a flat-screen TV (satellite) with a DVD player (with USB stick functionality) invite you to relax. Books and a collection of games are also available. A portable radio/CD player is also provided.

The floor is fully tiled. Except for the two bedrooms, the apartment features comfortable underfloor heating.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), while the other bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and an additional TV. These rooms can be darkened with exterior blinds. All mattresses have been recently replaced.

Fly screens are provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, a washing machine, a drying rack, a hair dryer, and a towel radiator.

This is a non-smoking apartment.

One dog (max. knee-high) is welcome upon request.

The garden is completely fenced in, and a free parking space is available.

With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and a relaxing vacation.
