Situated in a quiet location, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the harbor and the town center.

The light-filled living-dining area offers every comfort, including: a seating area, a hi-fi system, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a wood-burning stove for cozy warmth on cold days.
The modern kitchen has everything you need: plenty of dishes, pots, cutlery, a coffee maker, a coffee pod machine, a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, an immersion blender, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. An ironing board and iron are provided.

The underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom also ensures pleasant
warmth underfoot. The windows are equipped with privacy blinds/pleated shades and fly screens.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a second TV in the children’s room.
The loft features a cozy relaxation area. From here, you have a view of the dike. Novels, books, and board games are available.

The natural-light shower room with a toilet is equipped with a washing machine.
A hair dryer is also provided.
The balcony is furnished.

The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
