This space opens directly onto a covered balcony of 5 m2, where balcony furniture is provided and a panoramic view of the sea can be enjoyed. The 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is appointed with a shower, bidet, and WC.
