The property is situated in a lively area, in a residential district, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the sea view from the property and its sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. For shared use, the following are available: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, garden furniture and courtyard.

Krk. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. - Charging station for electric vehicles (subject to charge): €25 per charge.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit. The final cleaning is carried out by a professional company.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, saltwater, heatable, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep). The heated pool is available seasonally from 01.05. to 01.10., and the use of our swimming pool is at your own risk.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
