The first house begins on the ground floor, where you will find a combined living and dining area featuring a kitchen corner and satellite TV, along with direct access to a terrace. This level also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 single bed (80 cm wide, 190 cm in length) and 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm, 200 cm in length, complemented by a shower and WC, as well as satellite TV. A separate WC is also available on this floor, together with a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the ground floor you will also find a wine cellar, where wine degustation is available as an extra service. The first floor of this house hosts 1 additional bedroom with 1 single bed (80 cm wide, 200 cm in length) and 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, 200 cm in length), a shower and WC, and satellite TV.
