Good average hotel

Overall this day was very good. The breakfast buffet which is included is amazing. The hotel is a bit outdated and needs a lot of work on renovation. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Hotel with a long legacy. Don't expect the upmost of modern luxury, but enjoy instead the great atmosphere. Cozy bar/restaurant, polite and friendly staff and central location. Easy to find nearby parking. Slept like a king and enjoyed a great breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to book another visit

Rummet ganska slitet (men hörde att renovering är på G). Välstädat och fräscht ändå. Frågetecken kring ventilationen. Men vi löste det med öppna fönster. Frukosten var bra, fanns allt man kan önska. Ett tips är att ha tända ljus (riktiga värmeljus) på frukostborden. Hade höjt trivsel faktorn i lokalen. Nu kändes det ganska mörkt och lite trist.

Et gammelt hotell med stil. Veldig hyggelig personale. Stort bekvemt rom med 2 gode stoler og en veldig deilig seng. God frokost. Hyggelig bar og restaurant.

Receptionen och baren var trevliga. Rummen luktade unket. Gamla slitna Uteservering som badar i sol var det som om någon glömt bort. Kunde varit en magisk samlingspunkt i den annars väldigt sovande staden. Inte ens dynor hade dom tagit ut… Frukosten var bra. Men man behöver ju inte ha slitna gamla fällbord och vaxduk på borden!!! Var nog decennier sedan denna lokal var festlokal men man har glömt bort att gestalta den som det fina frukost rum det kunde varit. Hotellet låg bra i den annars slitna sovande staden. Behöver inte åka tillbaka.

Slitet hotell som säkert överlevt för att alternativen är väldigt fåi Kristinehamn. Väldigt slitet och ofräscht. Fick 4 st vouchers på 25 sek, som jag inte kunde använda sista dagen. Jag skulle tydligen använda 1 varje dag. Behåll era fjuttiga pengar. 100 kr skiter jag ett stort stycke i. Men sluta att dela ut dom. Stå där i receptionen och känna sig lurad och tillrättavisa. Ingen städning på 4 nätter. Hotellet skyller på miljö. Jag menar att det är av ren snålhet och dumhet. Fick gå ner själv och hämta toapapper. Inga sopor tömdes. Maten på frukosten tog slut 1 tim innan stängning och trots påpekande gjordes inget åt det. Ett hotell jag inte besöker igen.
