The bus stop and train station are each only steps from the hotel and you can get to Mt. Pilatus or Lucerne within minutes. The property was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk away from the train, which is only 2 stops away from Luzern. It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to Pilatus cable cart. Breakfast is excellent and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the property. There are also restaurants close by. Romm was spacious and clean.

Great clean property and helpful staff. My only complaint is the terrible options on the continental breakfast. Absolutely no variety. Croissants, cheese and Deli meat.. No waffle maker, no bacon, no real sausage. Ur better off waiting for the McDonald's across the street to open
