We arrived and did not receive check in information until after arrival in to Krakow. I had to call, leave a message, then call VRBO for additional support. The apartment was very clean and modern. The stairs leading up to the loft isn’t for the elderly and they made me a little woozy as there are no hand rails. The bathroom has a bathtub and thus, it is hard to take a shower as there is no shower curtain. The leaking sink was addressed quickly. I’m not sure if the apartment has AC as we didn’t need to use it but I do not know how to set it. The location is close to the castle and easy walking distance to great restaurants.
