Nice parkside location next to tram lines. Airport express bus #300 ($1.20 US when I used it) was 25 min and located a block away. Everything in Krakow is walkable from here or you can hop on a tram. Hotel was quiet. Castle was a short stroll away.

The room was comfortable, and well hotel’s location very convenient. The staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was generally good, though I think it could be improved by offering a bit more variety beyond the usual fried eggs and cold cuts — perhaps some porridge or more fresh options. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily choose this hotel again.

Bad experience

We entered the room and it was a little dirty from the previous residents. There were chocolate and plastic remains and the reception employee was rude. He did not take into consideration our preparing our bags and putting them in the car. One of them said you can stay until we arrange your things and the other employee called and said why haven’t you left yet and we were five minutes late. His manner was bad. In addition, we forgot some things in the room and we went back to ask about them and we were sure and they said we didn’t find anything. What can we do for you? As for me, I will not return to the hotel again.
