Absolutely loved my stay here! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Receptionists were great and made my stay feel comfortable and safe. The hotel is safe too for solo travellers, you yous a card to get in the elevator so no intruders can just go in. Is about a 1 minute walk from the old town square too which was very good! My hotel room was huge! It was very clean and immaculate. I can’t wait to return again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now when visiting krakow.

had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the service was exceptional—the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The location is also unbeatable, making it very easy to get around. However, the room itself felt dated. The carpets showed significant wear, and the bathroom was looking a bit tired and worn out. With a quick renovation or some deep maintenance, this place would be a 10/10.

Friendly, efficient, accomodating staff who are always happy to help and offer advice. The hotel is perfectly located for access to he old town and Christmas markets. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The food in the bar was really nice, with a good selection. Breakfast can be a little chaotic but still enjoyable. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Modern well presented hotel in Good location for exploring city centre. Was particularly impressed by the way one of the reception staff handle a complaint from a very rude self centred client. The client showed persistent agressive behaviour but they were handled politely and patiently by the receptionist.

Nice place with great service, spacious rooms and great location. I enjoyed my stay here more than loft apartments in center square which are typically small, no breakfast, and very loud during the night.
