Krakow is a walkable city, and this hotel provides a very good base; just a ten minute walk to the main square. Rooms are not large, but fine. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom well equipped. The breakfast was excellent with an exceptional selection of food that should meet all tastes.

Lovely friendly staff at this hotel (as is usual in this hotel chain). Room was fine. Clean, decent shower, coffee machine, fridge, safe, comfortable bed….. Shower leaked a little but other than all was good. Only downside for us is that there is no provision at all for vegans - no vegan wine, nothing on room service menu (based on this we never tried breakfast). This is unusual for a Leonardos hotel in our experience. Overall a great centrally located hotel,
