Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. They sound genuinely interested in your day and are helpful whether you arrive at 6pm, come back to the hotel at 2am or go out at 9am! Rooms are nice with good bathrooms. Good temperature in the room. Breakfast is pricey for what it is in comparison to the local area, but it did have some variety and it is probably a fair price for the quality of hotel. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Krakow.
