Disliked: Communication

Dårlig kommunikasjon og lite serviceinnstilte.

Leiligheten ligger veldig sentralt til, vi tok trikken inn til gamle byen som tok noen minutter, lett å komme seg frem. Leiligheten var helt ok, men fant en del sølv/sjeggkre på rommet noe som er veldig kjedelig å få med seg hjem i kofferten. Veldig dårlig kommunikasjon fra dag en, forståelsesfulle og serviceinnstilteer de hvertfall ikke. Frokost ble levert på døren i en take-away boks kl 8 på morgenen. Den inneholdt noen tørre brødskiver, et par svette gulost skiver, misfarget egg, smakløs skinke og litt agurk og paprika. Brødskivene ble tørrere og tørrere for hver dag som gikk, med andre ord ikke noe ferskt brød. Vi kommer ikke til å booke dette stedet igjen.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Kommer ikke tilbake hit

Dårlig kommunikasjon fra dag 1. Fikk ikke kode på Mail og ble møtt av en lite serviceinnstilt dame. Fikk ny kode etter mye om å men. Vi hadde ikke ordentlig seng men en oppslått sovesofa som ikke var god å sove på. Dårlig info angående frokost som blir levert på døren. Dette måtte visst avtales på sms, og vi måtte selv ringe for å få denne infoen. Tørre brødskiver og svett ost med litt grønnsaker. Prøvde å endre valg av frokost men fikk ikke noe svar på melding. Siste dag oppdager vi skjeggkre på rommet og med en koffert full av julegaver blir dette styrete å ordne med. Dumt vi fikk en sånn opplevelse da leiligheten lå veldig sentralt ved trikken.
