Location, location! On the edge of popular market square, loaded with restaurants and historical sites. Cabs and bus transportation a few yards away. Special mention to breakfast room staff. Natalya and her coworker (sorry I did not catch her name)were on top of everything every minute, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Natalya every morning while she buzzed around the room replenishing food, removing dishes and performing general cleaning. Housekeeping should also be mentioned. Everything was spotless, and it was a pleasure to have daily cleaning in the room, as this practice has been diminished at many hotels. I did notice that most guests were my age or older, and wonder if Rezydent Hotel is classified as a "pensioners" hotel, not that it matters. Like me, I assume other guests were attracted by bargain rates.

The location was only a few minutes away from the Main Square and Castle, the bathroom was wheelchair accessible, the bedroom was very nice and comfortable, the staff was very kind and helpful, the restaurant at the hotel was very good food, close to everything, Beautiful hotel

No a hotel I would stay again

Location was great. The stairs to our room was a lot with luggage, the hotel had an overall unpleasant smell. Older gentleman at front desk was a little sharp with his presentation (IMO). Glad we only had 1 night there.

Great location. It is an old hotel so you can only do so much with regards to cleanliness. The staff caused us stress as they charged us for services that we have pre-paid and despite all the proof i had, the response was 'what do you expect me to do about it?' Ruined the first 2 days of the trip. Hotel is a brilliant location but would never stay here again as the noise from the square is so loud it sounds like the entertainment is in the room with you. From the reviews i read in advance i was highly disappointed. They provide ear plugs but these did nothing. The room also did not have aircon so sound of old fan was on through night with no fresh air. The rooms are large though.

Pros-Could not ask for a hotel with a better location, very clean, solid breakfast, good size bathroom and shower, great price Cons- no air conditioning (although I knew about that ahead of time and they did provide a fan which sufficed), they need new towels Would I stay here again? Most definitely.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Was a little loud at night but didn't really bother us that much. Everything we wanted to do and had booked was all within walking distance from the hotel. Not our typical kind of breakfast but overall we were happy with everything on our trip :-)
