Great hotel and very friendly staff. This hotel is located right in the centrum with limited parking, but that is not a problem. I called the hotel on my way there an they said drive to the hotel and park your car.. On the morning they delivered the car at expected time.. Great service

The hotel is located in a boisterous place, the noise ends around 5 am, so practically you can not sleep if your room faces the street. The hotel is cold and unwelcoming; it feels like being in a Franciscan monastery.

This is a great hotel. The staff are so friendly and the housekeeping is excellent. The only thing is the drain in the bathroom cannot keep up with the water coming down from the shower. If you had your shower on, more than 10 seconds, the whole bathroom would have been flooded. The handheld is the only option.

Far from 5-star standards

The staff was unfortunately not very welcoming, lacking kindness and a smile. The apartment was fine, with a nice view of St. Mary’s Church, but there was a strange, unpleasant smell in the room. The real disaster was breakfast – flies on the cold cuts, dried-out cheese. This is an absolute scandal for a 5-star hotel. On top of that, there was complete chaos: the waitress insisted that breakfast was not included in the rate, although it obviously was – it had to be clarified at the reception desk. An even bigger issue occurred at check-in. Although the stay was fully prepaid, I could not check in without providing a credit card number, which was then entered into the hotel’s system. This was not a standard pre-authorization hold but permanent storage of card details. If I hadn’t had a credit card, I wouldn’t have been able to use an already paid stay. This is absolutely not the standard of a 5-star hotel. There are definitely better hotels in Krakow in this price range – with welcoming staff, pleasant rooms, and truly outstanding breakfasts. I do not recommend this place.
