Everything about the hotel was superb. Our rooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable, (although, the pillows are a bit lumpy) Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The garden is a great place to relax, too. The location was awesome with many good restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My 2 night stay here was glorious. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there is a little convenience store nearby. I would definitely book to stay here again :)

This is one of my favorite hotels I've stayed at! The location was great, very central yet still not on a main street so it was a quiet and relaxing stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with many fresh and tasty options to choose from. They have a nightly vodka tasting for guests. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Krakow!

I liked my room, staff were helpful and willing, friendly atmosphere, clean room and hotel. Location in town was good. The only thing that stood out and didn't enjoy was the breakfast. From the scrambled eggs, bacon, sauces, to the desserts and deviled eggs. It was hard to like anything served. So I didn't come back on other mornings, even those with my booking it was included.

The hotel is in a great location for the old town square, it was very clean with very helpful staff and a great breakfast. The only downside was we asked for a balcony which was lovely but it is on a very busy road, which at night was very noisy with the window open disturbing us a few times. Will definitley book again would just ask for a room away from the road.
