We enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The front desk service staff are excellent. We get our room immediately upon arrival. Our uber trip got cancelled to the train station on departure and the front desk young man excellent service help us to book a taxi. He ensured that the driver get us to the right place. On the 1st day we told them that they did not replaced our bath rope and on the 4th day they did not replenish the hibiscus tea and they sent them to our room. However we noted the king size bed sagged in the center. The room service staff did not washed the cups on our 4th day and our favourite coffee was not replenished. We didn't realised the missing coffee till the morning of our checkout. We missed the nice coffee in the morning 😊 Overall it is still a pleasant stay. We enjoyed Poland very much 💕💕 Thank you

Best hotel i have stayed in for a long time.

I have travelled extensively, but the room was of highest standard i have ever experienced: very spacious and looking newly renovated. Fantastic breakfast. The staff could not be more helpful. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel at all, we arrived at 10:30 fully knowing and understanding our room would not be ready, however we retuned at 1:30 (politely asking if the room was ready or any updates on a time) and then again at 2:30 but after watching numerous other families and flight crews we asked again and they said our room still wasn’t ready. We finally checked in at 3:38. While not happy at all, I didn’t speak to the manager until I checked out. To be honest I was just going to let it go but after talking with their manager Anna (I’ll leave her last name out in this correspondence) , and not receiving a simple “I’m sorry we couldn’t assist you” or any understanding of my point of view, I felt I had to warn other travelers not to expect to any basic courtesy that you would expect to receive.

This is the only hotel with a comfortable entrance, large enough to get on and off a taxi with a wheelchair without a rush in such a central Cracow location. Staff were very helpful and rooms were nice and clean.

Extremely convenient location right between the old town and Kraków Grzegórzki. Friendly staff, including a helpful concierge and a wide range of sweet and savory options at the breakfast buffet, including vegetarian, halal and gluten free choices.
