A fairly last minute booking and what a booking it was. An absolutely stunning apartment we stayed in with the most beautiful balcony. Very cosy, homely and exceptionally clean. Could not fault at all. The communication with Fragola was excellent throughout, sending messages via the app to check in. Good location, apartments were clean, good value and spacious. Communication was very good. Most of the pictures on Expedia were not representative of the apartment we stayed in in Krotka1 one. The apartment was of a good standard although perhaps becoming in need of an update. It was well equipped, although the air conditioning didn't seem to work and had no instructions (not really a problem to us staying in March). The beds were hard and not the comfiest and the bathroom at times had an unpleasant drain smell. But overall our stay was positive.

Lovely apartment

We stayed for 3 days in Krakow as part of a trip around Poland. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Quiet location overlooking a rear courtyard, but very easy to walk to central attractions.

Nice location and WiFi worked well. We enjoyed that it was just outside of old town and close to the farmer’s market. It meant it was a bit quieter. The proximity to the market meant yummy pastries and fruit for an easy morning breakfast.
