Excellent stay at Amber Design Residence. Staff were really friendly from check in onwards and the whole place felt very clean and well looked after. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the shower was genuinely very good which is always a big plus for me! Great location as well. Would definitely stay again when back in Krakow.

We stayed in the downstairs garden room which was really lovely. Comfortable, convenient location, plenty of storage & places to charge devices. Please be aware that if you are tall you will need to watch out for the beams in the bedroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amber Design Residence. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Kraków's main attractions whilst remaining peaceful and comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay, offering excellent recommendations and assistance whenever required. Our room was comfortable, clean and well appointed, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. We would happily stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Kraków.
