The reception staff were friendly, but the room on several occasions was not serviced, which is disappointing after a long day. I would rate this hotel 2 star. Amazing service and nice rooms for the price too! The building is a little dated but hotel is cuteee. Would recommend hire of a car as it’s half an hour from Ao Nang beach.
