The room was very big but basic, was clean. The only thing the mattress felt extremely solid but you pay for what you get for. The hall did not have main lights if entering the hotel late or leaving early meaning we have had to use our flash light on phones. Not enough sun loungers if wanting to chill around the pool. Very outdated and needs some money spent on it. 2000 baht deposit was required so quite a lot. Only ideal thing is, you pay for what you get for and also it was close to nearby town

It’s impossible to find this resort because they have merged with another hotel. You need to change the name on Expedia. It’s a huge place. Very simple.No air circulation in room as fan barely works. Needs some updating. Great location. Beautiful pool.

Personnel courtois mais malheureusement ne vous font pas le Check in et même si il reste 5 min. Chambre grandre mais il manque des évidences comme aucune table de nuit ou de porte essuie dans la salle de bain..déjeuner vraiment basic

Chambre qui mérite d'être plus nettoyée L'hôtel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement pour retrouver encore plus de splendeur Emplacement idéal pour l'Ao Nang Landmark night market mais éloigné de Monkey Trail ou des départs/ arrivés de/à Railway. Piscine très agréable

Séjour de quatre nuits absolument catastrophique. Dès notre arrivée, les problèmes ont commencé : nous étions en retard pour le check-in à cause d’un vol retardé et avons tenté à de nombreuses reprises de prévenir la réception par téléphone, pendant les heures d’ouverture. Personne n’a jamais répondu, malgré de multiples appels. La chambre était dans un état lamentable : • Sol sale, • Saletés accumulées dans les coins, • Rideau et encadrement de la tête de lit réellement dégoûtants, • Matériel délabré et dangereux : une poignée de salle de bain remplacée par des vis, une prise électrique pendante avec les fils apparents. À cela s’ajoute un bruit récurrent, de jour comme de nuit : un appareil (probablement une chaudière ou un système technique) se mettait régulièrement en route dans la chambre voisine, produisant un bruit vraiment fort. Le seul point positif : les draps du lit étaient propres. C’est malheureusement la seule chose acceptable. Même avec un prix bas, cet établissement ne mérite absolument pas d’être recommandé.

Någon måste ha en ärlig recension här alltså. Är super creepy hotel och hårda sängar. Har man lyst på en upplevelse i ett spökhus så är detta något för dig. Vi valde checka på ett bättre hotel dagen efter. 2 stjärnor för att (1) hur ofta kan man vara på spökhotel och (2) personalen var helt ok.

We have had multiple unresolved issues during our stay: – The shower drain was blocked for three days even though we reported it four times. – No towels on arrival; we had to ask twice. – Very hard bed. – Only one small blanket for two people. – Housekeeping did not clean the room properly: they did not take care of the dirty dishes, glasses and cups, and they did not change the bedsheets. – On the second day they did not clean the room at all. – Several requests have been ignored.
