Room was decent. Minus the German marching music on full blast at 6am from the breakfast area. Might have been as my room was above it, However my partner was awoken out of her sleep and she’s hard of hearing… as that how loud it was. Other than this the hotel was clean with friendly staff. The hotel is in a prime location for strolls down the beach/night market adventures.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Mountain View gebucht, was leider in keiner Weise der Realität entsprach. Vom Balkon blickte man direkt auf eine Hauswand, die nur etwa zwei Meter entfernt war, es gab also überhaupt keinen Ausblick. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, man habe ja ein kleines Fenster im Zimmer, durch das man hinausschauen könne. Diese Aussage empfanden wir als wenig professionell, da ein Fenster keinen gebuchten Mountain View ersetzt. Zusätzlich lagen im Zimmer benutzte Latschen, was hygienisch absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Die im Zimmer bereitgestellten Wasserflaschen waren sehr klein. Außerdem kam die Putzfrau meist erst am Nachmittag, was den Aufenthalt unpraktisch machte, da man sich tagsüber im Zimmer ausruhen oder fertig machen wollte. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht der Buchung und nicht unseren Erwartungen, insbesondere aufgrund der falschen Zimmerbeschreibung und des Umgangs mit unserer Beschwerde.

Decent Hotel but not Luxurious

The hotel location was good and it served its purpose. However, the entire hotel seems like it is breaking apart. The wear and tear of the hotel is very bad and the fitness center needs an entire overhaul. Also, there was a lot of noise at night with people shouting and screaming in the hallways

Good spot

We enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and clean and bed was great. We had nice balcony for 2 looking over pool. The two pools were very nice and clean. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed fruit, omelet and coffee

Pool is lovely! Be sure to get a room pool view or attached pool! Staff are friendly, main lady at the front desk doesn’t mess around, abrupt but funny! Can be a little noisy at night. So convenient to walk anywhere on Ao Nang beach, many restaurants and bars. I was in room 203, don’t get that room. It’s at the top of the stairs, so lots of traffic and the sliding door is locked, but don’t close properly so I always had to keep my drapes closed so mosquitoes did not get in my room. The breakfast is decent lots of options Western and Thai. Rooms are very outdated but clean.

Ok hotel

The hotel is ok, location is fabulous right on the beach. We had a deluxe room on the front of the hotel which were nice and spacious. The only bad is the reception staff , which I found very rude and aggressive. They didn’t really want to help you and weren’t nice to talk too. The cleaning staff were fab tho. It was close to everything, shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to Apnang beach and the main strip of shops.
