What an amazing place! Railay beach is just beautiful, and loved having breakfast overlooking the beach before the crowds showed up. Great large room and bathroom, super clean, right beside a beautiful pool which is exactly what you want after a long day exploring the beaches and sights of Krabi. The monkeys even joined in one day ! The maid left us some fun towel animals every day. Staff as very friendly and helpful. Transfer to and from the hotel was flawless. Great place.

The staff were not the friendliest apart from our porter he was amazing very happy and helpful. There was a funny smell in the room think it was coming from the air con. When mentioned to the staff at reception they were very snappy about the situation

The room was fine, that staff was very nice. Please don't try so hard to make it feel as though we haven't departed from the USA and its culture. The loud american music at night was annoying, and we would have preferred hearing the natural sounds of the water and woods. We were hoping to be coming to a place that was less like home, noisy, smelly with exhaust, and not seeming to be authentic culturally Thai. It seemed to be exploiting the nature there and catering to guests who could have stayed home for much the same experience. We hope that the environment, trees, water and native animals will not be endangered as most everywhere in America they are. We hope there will be care in how your land is treated. Guess we picked the wrong place, a resort. We were thinking we might avoid the crowds of Phuket. Though the area was naturally beautiful, sadly, we didn't experience what we had hoped for, nature and quiet. I understand that tourism is important to local's livelihoods, but also hope there will be care to always keep a balance with the environment.

The bungalows are very dreamy. We got the jacuzzi villa. But I will say it’s pointless to get the jacuzzi villa if you’re excited about the jacuzzi because there’s not enough hot water to fill it up. So while it’s beautiful it’s useless unless you like a cold tub. Also breakfast was pretty disappointing. But everything else was amazing! Staff was great the room was clean as was the entire property! We really enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely resort, right on the beach and next door to "walking street" which has many options for bars, restaurants and shops (and ATM's). Although it is next door no issue with noise. Staff very helpful, a very relaxed stay. This resort is rather unique as the only way to it is by boat which made it very special for us. You can see monkeys, lizards and small toucans. Hired a canoe from the resort and visited adjoining beaches - very recommended. Resort arranged trips for us at very reasonable rates.

Beautiful property. The apartments in front of the pool have a gorgeous view of the mountains are very roomy. The beach is just right outside the resort and the staff are incredibly kind.
