Big fan of Hop Inns, particularly the Krabi one as it is in the centre of the town. Ticks all my boxes on price, cleanliness, friendly & efficient staff. Great for a couple of nights stopover before ferries etc. Definitely return, in fact have another booking!

Nice and convenient

Was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to markets, river and shops. Had plenty of parking for cars and motor bikes

It was ok.

Did not have a smooth check-in. Was referred from one building to another and then back to the first building before they can find my booking. Appears that not all the staff in the front reception knows how to use their own microwave. The room was clean. Location good.

A decent stay.

Hotel is relatively new. Friendly staff. Most amenities usually found in a hotel room are instead located in the check in lobby. Bed and pillow is not really ideal for sleeping (bed slightly sunken in). Overall, a clean hotel at a slightly expensive price point.

Clean and comfort!

Is a very new hotel. Overall is good. Clean and comfortable. Is a good deal for budget stay. Near to street walk. Walking distance to food stall, massage center, bank(currency exchange), 7-11 and motorbike renting shop. No hair dryer provide in the room. Which u have to pay 100baths deposit to get the hairdryer from reception for only 2 hours. 24 hours reception which is very convenient for all the guests.

This is a great hotel and great value for money. There was only 1 big problem! The air conditioning is not strong enough to chill the room, it was like being in an oven some of the time. I got use to it, but the guy I traveled with was not one bit happy. Having said that, he does love a good moan thought! Noel

Its just like in the pictures but starting to look old. Its clean, functional and ugly. I expected a little more, like laundry, either coin machines or hotel service, area information, local maps etc... But they don't provide any of that.

Great value and clean. Free hot chocolate!

Ended up only staying for one night due to bad weather but the hotel was great value for money. Only complaint was the wifi kept dropping but you could still use it occassionally. The free hot chocolate in the lobby is a nice touch. I would stay here again.

Excellent budget hotel.

An excellent budget hotel. Comfy bed, good air conditioning a fab little fridge, nice staff, very clean. Everything you need, even access to a microwave in public area. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Most comfortable bed in Thailand!

This was the most comfortable bed we had in Thailand. The AC and wifi were strong. The staff was very pleasant though not everyone spoke English but since I don't speak Thai, I find that to be quite acceptable. One of their tenets is safety which we appreciated. We always felt our belongings were secure and there was a security guard at night. The only way in which they could improve would be to install a fan in the bathroom to draw out moisture. The ceiling was a touch moldy but for that level of comfort and convenience, we closed the bathroom door and only used when needed.

3 days in Krabi town

Total bargain at 510 baht a night for a double with good air con and balcony. Perfectly clean and lived up to expectations in every way. No bar, no restaurant, but why would you need these when you're a stones through from the great day and night food markets and Thai life. This place was a great base for the few days we spent here.

Clean and Convenient

Good location - easy walk to Night Market and food markets. Hotel seems pretty new - very clean, good wifi, good water pressure. Staff is friendly and speak sufficient English. No complaints.
