Booked room with a balcony. Adjacent building blocks view a metre from balustrade. Apparently we didn’t pay for a view. Nasty smell of sewage. Nearby there’s a stream which looks like sewage is dispersed into it. Beakfast area is so busy, it’s like a budget package holiday. On the Egg Station. Only 2 people making eggs for the many people packed in to the breakfast area. All the tables are close together. There’s one coffee DIY machine. Thai omelette was nice and food is Ok but it’s so busy it’s chaos during this busy time of the year. Generally the breakfast staff are friendly and helpful with Sunmar and Chom being standout members of the team. The hotel is tired and dated. There are permanent stains in the shower fixtures. There’s no conditioner provided. Operating the shower water temperature is a guessing game with no Hot or cold indicator. There’s a whole in the tiles at the back of the shower taps. The bidet hose leaks at the back of the toilet connection and doesn’t work at all. The toilet seat stained from aged use and looks grubby. The big bed and pillows are comfortable but it is two singles pushed together with a mattress topper. Cleaning isn’t thorough. Would we come here again? Absolutely not it’s an over priced 3 star budget hotel which feels like one of those Club holidays.

room not consitently cleaned towels not replaced, very nopisey in the room , and cleaners would stand outside room with very loud radios. roof top pool is good, also the scooters you can rent from the hotel are poorly maintianed and many guests had injuries, my bathroom was not cleaned for 5 days.

Location was great - close to the beach and walking street, room was clean -well laid out and beds were comfortable with a nice sized balcony. We were in a quad room for 4 people and worried about how tight the space might be, but there was ample room to move around and enough space and seating for all 4 of us on the balcony. Two large beautiful pools to enjoy, the roof top infinity pool had a lovely view. Had lunch at the rooftop restaurant and the food was very very good, would recommend. There is a water refill station in the lobby with cold drinking water which was well used by our group. Complimentary breakfast buffet with our booking, but we didn't get up in time to sample. Overall a positive experience, would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Clean, modern rooms and great pool areas. Staff were very friendly, and cocktails were excellent. Fitness facilities were well maintained, and the beach is just a 5‑minute walk. Only improvement needed is more shaded spots at the rooftop pool, as it gets very hot in the sun.

The gym and swimming pools were great , a highlight being the rooftop bar and pools. The hotel also left me a birthday cake in the fridge which was really tasty and very unexpected! A great place to stay, the breakfast was fine but when the hotel is busy the egg station becomes a bit chaotic! But the staff were all lovely, very service minded and their English was perfect.
