I really liked this property. It’s well located in Railay, chill and quiet, but walkable to bars and restaurants and amazing beaches. The rooms are very clean and large. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk I received was very poor. Before I arrived, I emailed requesting the private transportation service to the hotel. I’m a solo female travelling from Singapore for work, and I had a lot of luggage I wanted help with. Based on what I had read, I was willing to pay for the convenience of having transport coordinated by the hotel. After 2 attempts of them sending me a credit card link that kept expiring and not working, they told me it was now too late to use the private service and I would have to find my own taxi and long boat. They told me to message with the long boat number when I was on my way, so I could get help with my bags. I got my own Grab at the airport, then purchased a ticket for the long boat, and once I was on it, I emailed to say I was on my way and leaving Ao Nam Mao pier (about 20 mins away from the hotel) I was already on the boat and could not see a boat number. I arrived and nobody was there. On two occasions I asked for transport/tour help and the front desk offered incorrect information. Now when you check in, the hotel does not take a credit card for incidentals in advance. When I checked out at 6am, nobody was there to help me, and so I left and had to provide payment via a link afterwards. Again, with no luggage or transport assistance.

Stunning Hotel

The hotel was paradise. Gorgeous Hotel, Gorgeous setting. The pool was lovely with spacious sun loungers. The staff were all so kind and friendly, for example the pool bartender made my 2 for 1 cocktails separately so I got two fresh drinks even travelling solo. The room was stunning and spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit and freshly made omelettes. If I ever travel back to Railay, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Looks better than the photos online.

It was a beautiful location, the best of all our stops. The shower gave us trouble, not draining and didn’t always have hot water, but staff did everything they could to fix.

Lovely property, comfortable room, lovely large bed, nice hot shower. Plenty of complimentary water. Good AC, excellent wifi - able to stream Netflix. Staff were delightful, friendly & helpful. My only complaint is the large number of very loud stray cats that cry so much it woke me up a few times in the morning. The pool is lovely & private, great for relaxing but the short walk to the beautiful beaches & restaurants make it the perfect location. Close to boat to catch to Ao Nang Pier to get to Krabi airport

Best hotel in Thailand so far. Room was spacious and modern with a lovely balcony. Plenty of places to lounge in the hotel and in the room. Breakfast had a wide range of both Thai and western options. Pool was a highlight with happy hour and plenty of loungers.

Place was brilliant it’s just the hidden charges it say free breakfast I got charged 1560.00 for it and also the bath water was dirt asked to sort water out after ahour it was still dirty great hotel but when you pay 46.000 bht for two nights need to be somthing else

This hotel is really beautiful. The scenery around the hotel is gorgeous. We had a beautiful ocean view room, I loved the little beds on the balcony to chill out and watch he rain or hangout. The staff at the bar are super nice, remembered my drink everyday and the pool is gorgeous. The breakfast was meh (lots of other restaurants around) but the dinner and lunch was pretty good. We found an alley the last night (ugh) that took us right to the other lively side of the beach. Highly recommend walking down there. Tons of monkeys and wildlife on this island. You can grab a private boat right by the pier for 2400 baht (2 people) and they will take you wherever you want. Highly beats being a sardine on a boat with tons of people. We stayed 4 nights and prob could have done 3 just because of things to do. Overall really enjoyed our stay here

There were two pairs of slippers which I wore one pair for 5 days, duration of my stay. The slippers were frayed so I decided not to throw them away to be eco friendly. Hotel wanted to charge me 600thb for these used, worn slippers, so I had to take them out of my luggage. I’m concerned they reuse slippers for other guests, that’s unhygienic. Also you must tell the hotel is accessible only by boat.
