This is a very friendly hotel. Have stayed there many times and they are very welcoming. Also, the fact that they have car parking in Ao Nang is a huge plus.

I stayed there for 9 days and all 9 days my TV didn’t work. Told all 3 staff members about it too. The AC isn’t that cold and the bed mattress is like sleeping on a rock. Disappointed in my stay at Lalisa hotel. I would NOT stay there again.

You get exactly what you pay for at Lalissa. Great location and extremely friendly staff; however, the bed creaked so loud that it woke me up everytime me or my partner slightly moved and the shower did not get hot or even very warm which was disappointing.

I am so happy I chose this hotel, it’s not a 5* but more than makes up for that with the staff who work there. Their friendliness and attention to making your holiday great is worth double what you pay. Rooms are large, clean and serviced well. Location is perfect! 5 minutes from beach and restaurants to suit every taste. I will certainly return
