Whilst the one bedroom suite was compact (like many Hong Kong and Singapore suites) all the staff especially at the club lounge are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast at the food gallery was varied but some hot items could have been a bit hotter and the room was quite crowded Unfortunately Peking Road leading to the hotel is cordoned off and you have to use the subway for access but there are elevators and escalators available which is a boon when carrying luggage. Haiphong Road is better access to the hotel but both roads carry a lot of traffic.
