We arrived earlier than the check in time but the receptionist was very accommodating to let us check in early! It was really great. The room was clean and spacious and rhe location was superb. We had an excellent time staying at Tempo.

Hope Cozy Inn is the goal that this property wants to achieve someday but with the current condition, this is still far away from cozy ... Located in the old building in Kowloon (National Court Building) where it is actually a small apartment divided become 3 rooms. So you can imagine how small it is .. The blanket and bed cover are not so clean and the wallpaper looks as cheap wallpaper. No mineral bottle facility in the room. The bed mattrass also a spring mattrass that usually used by a hotel/inn, this is from high density PU foam, very hard, suitable for someone need a backbone therapy. not comfort at all ... The pillow is also not a regular pillow from dacron fiber but from a PU foam that not following the normal pillow in a hotel/inn, too thin. The positive thing from this property is easy to reach bus stop. That's all ...

For me it was more than what I expected for the price. There is security present 24/7 and cctv cameras on all entrances and lifts. The doors are operated by card system and the receptionist is present whole day until 11pm for any kind of queries. The rooms are fitted with attached bathrooms and A/Cs. Everything is asian size, so above 6ft people might have to adjust.

Uncomfortable and rude guests

Very uncomfortable, mattress is more like padding. Back hurt almost every night. Very low water pressure in shower. Toilet next to shower meaning it will get very wet. No channels on TV. Very disrespectful guests either coming back late at night drunk off their ass or wake up very early and start yelling/running around. I believe there are Filipinos staying at this place. They talk very loud slam doors and show no respect starting at 6am. No wake up call needed here, you have the “Filipino alarm”. No way to decline room service.

総じて，お値段相当というか，コスパは悪くないと思います． 設備としては，決して広くなく，防音が良いわけではなく，写真通りのものでした．ただ，壊れている設備はないし，掃除もきちんとしてもらっている感じでした． 玄関にたどり着くまでは，通常のホテルの様にはいきませんが，送ってもらった入り口の写真と，他の方の口コミにもあるように4階(日本の感覚で言うと，5階)に止まる方のエレベーターをきちんと選べれば何とかなります．エレベーターの数が多くはないので，混みあっているときは階段も使えます． 前日昼に入り口のPINコードを送ってもらえるとのことでしたが，届いていませんでした．それでも到着日朝に現地に行くと，玄関先に電話があり，そこから電話をかけると入口の電子鍵を遠隔で開けてもらえ，荷物を無事に預ける(というより，共用廊下に鍵をかけて置いて来る)ことができました．自分は朝の便だったのでチェックアウト後は使っていませんが，チェックアウト後夕方までも同様に荷物を置いておくことができます．

找地址很花時間，在老舊大廈內，沒明顯標示和住址牌，櫃台很友善幫忙，但大半時間不在得自助 房間非常小但也有基本功能，附近彌敦道佐敦道很多美食 交通也很便捷近佐敦地鐵站 打車容易，要坐高鐵的旅人住這兒很方便

위치가 좋아요.

홍콩 집들의 특성답게 내부는 좁았으나 지내기에 불편하지 않았습니다. 화장실이 좁기는 하지만 가격대비 만족합니다. 위치가 너무 좋아서 여행하기 편했고 멀티 콘센트도 빌려주셔서 잘 사용했습니다. 매우 만족했습니다. 새벽에 체크인 하기에도 문제없었습니다.
