Our homestay basically is located above a huge One Borneo shopping mall which is so convenience for you to enjoy varieties of local food, Cinemas, Starbuck, Secret Recipe,Taiwan drinks, Grocery shops, 7-11 etc. Our condominium provide outdoor swimming pools for adults, kids and Jacuzzi, indoor gym room and outdoor kids play ground. Here are some nearby attractions: 10mins walk to University Sabah, bring you a great view and nice environment for jogging. Besides that there are indoor Man made Aquarium in University. 15mins drive to our unique Floating Mosque which located along our seaside. 20mins drive to city center with more shopping malls (Suria Sabah, Imago, Oceanus) 20mins drive to Kota Kinabalu port where you can take a speed boat and start your adventures to few of our Island for example Manukan Island etc.
