The apartment was perfect, the only thing that we can say anything about is the water in the kitchen - it splashes everywhere. And more then 1 dishwashercleaner for a 3 day stay, would had been nice. And a kitchen “towel”

There was no reception desk or anyone to ask about my room. The towels were stained and weren’t white but yellowed, there was a constant smell of sewage in the bathroom, the fridge was leaking water and was full of condensation, and the carpet was dirty in the corners. Did I mention there was NO hot water when I went to wash my hands and then have a shower? Well, there wasn’t. Cold shower to end my day. I contacted the property directly to ask about compensation for the terrible conditions. Their response was “We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience in your apartment, the water might need some time to warm. All the defects have been reported.” I ran the water for at least 10 minutes. It still wasn’t hot. No mention of compensation. I have stayed at several apartments but this is by far the very worst. I will never stay at this property again and I do NOT recommend it to anyone. If this was a hotel with a reception desk, I am confident that I would have received better service. The positive was the king size bed - very comfortable.

Both our rooms had a bad smell that was coming from bathroom. I guess there is issue with the sewer ventilation. Bed was very clean and comfortable and coffee downstairs was delicious
