For anyone looking for a nature-oriented vacation, we offer a cozy, well-equipped vacation home on a 1,450 m² quiet, hilly lot nestled in a pine forest. You can reach the Baltic Sea on foot in one minute via a sandy path (with no car traffic). You can park your car in front of or inside the garage at the foot of the lot. Bicycles are also available there. Zempin is easily accessible by train. From the Zempin train station, it’s a maximum 10-minute walk to the property. The Europa Cycle Route runs right past the property, and you can use it to reach the home and studio of the painter Otto Niemeyer-Holstein in about 15 minutes. This route also marks the narrowest point on Usedom between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. In Zempin, there is a bakery and a few restaurants. Otherwise, all major discount stores are located in Zinnowitz (3 km) and Koserow (3 km). During the season, these are also open on Sundays. Well then, have a wonderful vacation!
